The Oversight Team have overall responsibility for the ministry at ChristChurch Banstead.
Kevin and Fran have one son, Quin. Once a chemistry teacher, Kevin is now delighted to find himself teaching the Bible and leading ChristChurch. He loves helping people with questions about Jesus Christ, running 5Ks, and eating Chicken Jalfrezi.
John has served as a deacon/elder for the last 15 years. Following early retirement from a career in insurance, he served as a prison visitor and chaplaincy volunteer for 14 years. He remains actively involved with Prison Fellowship. His other main interest is following cricket, being an ardent Essex supporter.
Andrew is married to Joanna and they have 3 children (Rachel, Katie & James). He was baptised in 2002 and has served a variety of ministries, currently as Church Treasurer. Andrew works for Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice, and he is the sponsoring partner of the Deloitte Christian Fellowship. He was a trustee of European Christian Mission (Britain) for 10 years serving as Treasurer for 5 of those.
Andrew enjoys American football, basketball and reading. If he weren’t a minister, he says he would make a good chef. But his wife Mel is not so sure. Understanding and communicating God’s word in our time is Andrew’s passion. He loves to see people grow as Jesus Christ impacts their day to day lives.
Andrew is married to Ruth and they have two sons. He loves teaching people the Bible and training church musicians, which he does in ChristChurch and with Music Ministry UK. In his spare time he enjoys all kinds of music and sports.
Married to Naomi with two teenage children, a dog, a cat and a Guinea pig. Loves almost every form of sport but dislikes almost every form of vegetable. Wants to see Men come to know Jesus and is always happy to meet up over a curry!
Lived in Wallington most of my life. Came to Christ through the Billy Graham Outreach in 1986. Joined ChristChurch Banstead in 2000. Enjoys skiing, reading historical non-fiction, golf, surfing in Cornwall and walking. Relaxes by playing the piano - would love to play it better. Married to Jane, two children: James and Sophia, with son-in-law Tom.
Andy is married to Marjolijn (“Lane”) and has three children Jack, Anneke and William. I was brought up in Tonbridge, Kent, then later last century became a serious rower, but found something better to do and became a Christian in 2003. Aside from enjoying my family, I still enjoy outdoor activities and sport, particularly cycling, both participating and watching. I’ve worked in reinsurance in the City of London since 1987.
I have known and loved the Lord for 18 years, worshipping in ChristChurch for nearly all this time. I was baptised in 2000. I am married to Audrey and have two grown up children. Workwise I am a qualified accountant but have recently ``retired``. I am the Mission Fund Treasurer.
Shak is married to Lorraine and they have 3 children and a spaniel. Shak is a sales manager, he loves to sing, and enjoys cycling, running and long dog walks with anyone willing to join him. Shak was a ‘late developer’ finally coming to know and love Christ in 2012. He has been on a roller coaster with Jesus ever since, and always keen to share his experiences with anyone willing to listen.
